Mô tả công việc

Secure production is run in a Safe manner preserving people integrity first.

• Ensure all products are produced following the food and health standards as well as the agreed customer specifications and acting in line with all food and health legislation.
• Daily / shift basis allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results. Control and minimize labor overtime
• Manage daily or shift production operations in the facility to secure that efficiency is maximized.
• Responsibility for production output, product quality and on-time shipping
• Production Control and Materials Control
• Ingredients and Packaging Handling
• Logistics and Despatch
• Delivery of an efficient lean factory driving cost savings and efficiency improvements

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum: Bachelor Degree
• Preferable: University degree in Engineering, Sciences or Agriculture.
• 3 – 5 Years of experience within factory management role
• > 3 Years of proven experience in food manufacturing environment
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English
• Knowledge on production planning, manufacturing and maintenance
• Experience with HSE, food safety standards 

           Working time: working in shift (3 shifts) 

           Working location: Tay Ninh Province
