- Giới tính: Nam
- Học vấn: Chuyên ngành xây dựng, quản lý xây dựng, QS…
- Ngoại ngữ: tiếng Anh lưu loát, ưu tiên biết thêm tiếng Pháp
- Kinh nghiệm: 
  + Tối thiểu 10 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương công ty chuyên về xây dựng (Construction), nhà thầu, công ty tư vấn thiết kế và thi công đa quốc gia, ưu tiên chuyên về dự án công nghiệp ( nhà xưởng, nhà máy, khu công nghiệp…..)
  + Có kinh nghiệm và am hiểu cả CSA & MEP, thiên về các dự án nhà máy, dự án công nghiệp, high tech, high-end (ưu tiên những dự án liên quan phòng sạch)
  + Kinh nghiệm về xử lý hợp đồng, đàm phán, làm việc nhóm
  + Kỹ năng quản lý , giải quyết vấn đề , định hướng kết quả rõ ràng 
  + Kỹ năng phần tính, tính toán

Mô tả công việc

KNVC’s Client is a foreign company in the field of construction specializing in MEP 

• Setting up and leading the estimation department
• Prepare RFQ for estimation purpose on studying and pre-construction phase,
• Prepare and forecast cash flow at estimation and contractual phase with Client.
• Working closely with the Project Director to set up suitable work breakdown structure, initial procurement plan and procurement matrix for estimation purposes.
• Review work specifications, take-off quantity, and costing and liaise with contractors and suppliers during the studying phase.
• Arrange proper transfer of budget from the studying phase to the procurement and construction phase.
• Understands the contractual terms and works to ensure that other stakeholders such as Project Team Members, Accounts and Finance understands and comply with the terms,
• Assists Project Director with all daily commercial/contract operations at studying phases including coverage of duties in his absence,
• Provides effective support to Project Team and establish good working relationship with Project Managers, Clients, contractors, and suppliers,
• Assists in resolving contractual and commercial issues with clients.
• Co-ordinates with procurement manager to ensure expenses are within budget,
• Working closely with the Procurement Manager to maintain qualified vendor list.
• Liaise with Procurement manager to capture lesson learned from procurement phase to improve the estimation process.
• Negotiate with vendors for cost reduction and optimization of their offer during studying phase.
• Assists to coach and train junior Quantity Surveyors.

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building Sciences/Engineering
• Minimum 10-year professional working experience in quantity surveying
• 3-5 year-experience as managerial positions
• Overall understanding of industrial engineering, estimation, procurement, and construction
• Deep experience in MEP
• Fluent English in both writing & speaking.
• French speaking is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Good knowledge of the industry
• Good knowledge of Standard Forms of Contract
• Deep experience in MEP
• Fluent English in both writing and speaking
