- Độ tuổi mong muốn từ 32 – 45 
- Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành kinh tế hoặc ngoại thương, logistics
- Ứng viên Có từ 6 năm kinh nghiệm trong ngành logistics, có từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí quản lý tương đương bên ngành vận tải biển
- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp thành thạo

Mô tả công việc

Support GM & HOD:

• Yearly Set-up KPI for team basing on company Objective/strategy. Guide S.M/Manager for deployment to lower level with metrics to measure and manage the implementation with team in order to achieve the budget.
• Create overall business process/workflow and guide S.M/Manager to build up/perfect appropriate operation SOP 
• Manage cost of the department including Admin fees to be in line with the Budget
• Set-up/restructure Div Organization Chart when needed. Report to GM for final approval
• Monthly Evaluate periodically the overall performance of the department
• Closely following up team’s performance, propose to GM adjust plan on process, KPI… if necessary to have better/proper biz process
• Manage/analyse procurement activities; give support in rate negotiating with suppliers or with RHQ/GHQ, achieving optimum results.
• Setting up training program for team or directly do Training / coaching staff to enhance staff’s skills and improve the quality of service
• Arrange team building, Motivate and inspire staff through those activities
• Control non-compliance. Review incident report with S.Manager/team. Proactive to decide/guide for critical issues/occurrence and prevention action. Report for GM’s guidance on issue that is out of own authorization
• Receive instructions from GM, deploy to SM/Manager to implement
• Carrying out PDCA each step
• Collaborate with the Company Agencies, RHQ / GHQ/other Division in the company to meet the requirements of customer as well as together development
• On time Sharing market information, RHQ / GHQ tutorials (new process, news, system,…) for the group -BD/Management 
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers to improve service quality as well as find opportunities for service development/expansion.
• Build good and solid relationships with service providers
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports/analysis as required. (Revenue, Cost, profit, ...) together with the performance analysis
• Report to higher management for out-of-jurisdiction, any new proposal for productivity, quality of service improvement
• Participate in handling damage case: comment / decide or report for GM’s decision for the incident report (depend on the nature of case and its impact level)
• Participate in handling Claim case: Report to GM/CMD and GHQ in critical case. Check claim documentation before submitting for GM’s approval.
• Together with other div, support BD in finding/getting new customers, expanding business with existing customers
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
• Jobs analysis: create Job description and job specification according to the designed main tasks and job structure (JD for AM/Manager and SM) 
• HR planning: recruitment, replacement, rotation, development
• Conduct Performance appraisal for individual together with SM/Manager as per HR's guidance.
• Approve the Training schedule submitted by Managers in line with HR’s training schedule.
• Conduct orientation training, process training to all staffs, support SM/Manager in following training SOP.
• Update/propose HR plan to GM for final approval
• Get training by HRD, FAD, CMD, CPD, AMD and by GM
• Enhance self-skills to perform better in current role and develop for next success.

• Education: University graduated (economic/ foreign trade/ logistics is preferable
• At least 6 years’ experience in Forwarding, Logistics field
• Problem-solving and Decision-making
• Planning, Guiding and coaching, Leadership, Strategic thinking
• Business Management, Strategic Management
• English skill: Fluently
• Negotiation skills
• Communication/Presentation skills, English and Vietnamese
• Working Under high pressure
• Sense of responsibility and accountability, MS Office, Excel, Power point

Working time: 08:00 - 12:00 and 13:15 - 17:30 (Mon - Fri) and 01 Saturday (work week off week)

Working location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
